Skill: Fanaticism; contains erroneous tooltip text.

The skill

Fanaticism erroneously states "Increases your Attack Rate and Attack Rating. Increases damage for all party members." while it should say "Increases your Damage, Attack Speed and Attack Rating. Increases Damage for all party members."

@Krythic That's how it is on Arreat Summit. It might be a bit misleading but it's not incorrect.

Attack Rate = Attack Speed. And Damage is not mentioned on the first paragraph because of the second one, to avoid duplicate information (I guess).

But I get it. It would be much better/easier as you described. No argue there.

Either way, I'm gonna do some changes to the descriptions once all the Skills are done to make them more new player-friendly.

If @Teebling wants to change the Skills Tooltip Description, I'll gladly make some new suggestions, yours included.
