What's the easiest/cheapest helm that has 20% fcr?

Tried to gamble circlets/coronets but that got expensive. Can I get one from a normal vendor or something? Just looking to do

Gambling will be easiest. Pick up class-specific items and elite armor bases up to rare to sell for gold (goes for 35k per quite often). Travinical runs give plenty of gold.

Yeah I run those. Was hoping I could get a 20%fcr in a cheaper way...I went through all the money I had in all my stashes since it goes up to 2.4 million with no luck but I was going for coronets. Should I just go for circlets?

Also while im At it, is there anything I should look for to traae for high runes while I'm at it?

There are so many possible items and many are worth high rune or several/many.

Check trade tool here for what people ask/sell items for, conpleted trades are best indication.
