Fixed Search auto populate issues

Browser: Google Chrome
OS: W10

Steps to reproduce:

1. Type characters into a tab that will auto-populate with likely search results
2. Watch as the requests being issued by the search go out like crazy.
3. Keep waiting, you may just see the results flicker with old requests that came in out of order.

Anything else to add:

Not a FE Dev. but it looks like you are issuing too many requests too frequently. You should slow down your search rate instead of issuing a request every time a character is entered.

Yeah I haven't put a debounce on this yet, it's in the pipe.
