So far I've found (approximately):

~14x Act 1
~9x Act 2
only 1x Act 3
~6x Act 4
~5x Act 5
Not sure if I'm too late but we can swap/trade, my most common shards are Act 3 followed by Act 1 and than a huge gap :/ But ofc a small sample size, less than 10 Act 3 shards for me so far.
