Level 1 Decrepify is -50% each to enemy damage, attack speed, and run/walk speed, lasting 4 seconds, with a 4 yard radius.

A well rolled one of these can be best in slot for a Blood Boil warlock if your looking for raw damage

It's worth mentioning that bookshelves in Barracks and Jail seem to sometimes drop Warlock grimoires (just got an Occult Codex from a bookshelf myself). Mayhaps it's a nice place to farm all kinds of Warlock offhands including uniques.

Sadly, the Decrepify will cancel out the Amplify Damage curse that your bound Cursed Demon might have inflicted on the monster that dared to strike you.
