Check out my Cool Barb Hirelings. They Float!!!! No animation other than a floating barb with his arms out. Even when attacking. On 2 different characters. He's 14 feet tall.

I've seen this before a number of times actually, not just on hirelings. Seen it happen on enemies, NPCs, etc. Usually it's because the graphic/sprite hasn't fully loaded I think
