Mosaic kicksin - sharing own experiences as someone who hates bright screen - its playable

The only time I have had crashes with Mosaic is when spamming

Phoenix Strike with 1

Charge and the mass meteors caused a crash. Haven't had issues with any other charges on it, even in games with other Mosaic assassin's with us all going for it.

Perhaps meteorites is easy way to crash the game? Ive heard sorcerers being able to crash games with crap ton of hydras and meteorite spam.

The part with the

Phoenix Strike meteors that surprised me was how long the burning Ground lasted so I could understand how lots of layers of those stacking up could trigger the game to go nope.

If you go with the

Dragon Tail +

Tiger Strike variant instead of

Dragon Talon +

Phoenix Strike, you shouldn't be having any crash issues.

Dragon Tail doesn't create particles on the scale that the elemental

Charge-up skills do. Each attack is one kick, one explosion, that's it, no lingering effects. The damage is still insane, just a smaller AoE.

Hello guys, thanks to all for sharing your thoughts. That dragonfire kicksin looks awesome.

Yesterday was day19 (I think) on ladder for me. I get all my gear I wanted, reached lvl96. - the only reason for me to play the game is to get lvl99. So far my highest lvl was 94, because I got bored and started new one

I have 2nd account so from lvl90 I have been grinding only TZ as p2 for on average 3-4hrs daily. When there is TZ WSK I join baalruns and I clear lvl2 and lvl3 I didnt joined the

Baal waves - I really hate public games and I am slow to pick stuff so I never pick up anything. Sometimes I joined baalruns to do p8 TZ, but that was like for 1-2hrs only.

I have never ever had character which grinds so much like this Mosaic assassin. And I never was so commited into grinding like now.

I have found plenty of high runes and even my very first griffon, which was sadly

Eth, but I bought

Zod. And I have been thinking to sell it and buy normal one, but I am kinda proud on it so I will keep that

Eth griffon (-19/+10).

This morning I finally respec into my final build saving few stats for vitality and I ended up with 33 unspent skill points. With those 33 unspent skill points I was still able to clear p8 CS and even to yolo p2 ubers (my friend pala hated me for doing it, but with draculs and super fast kicking I really didnt care and went full Leroy Jenkins and I didnt even had all my charges up).

My gear:

Eth griffon with

Zod, Enigma, arach, dracs, some random ring 10fcr with 9all res (so I need to swap only magefists do get 102fcr on off hand), upped goreriders,

Raven Frost and mara (25).
My merc gear: Infinity, andy and Treachery (really not sure if I will upgrade him or not, because I one shot everything and I use draculs he aint dying)

Most of my gear is to my suprise self found. I havent done much selling trades. Only some stuff for pgems and in the end I managed to trade almost perfect arreat for arach and I bought mara. I was trading pame/rals for Ists which helped to get Bers. I had to cube two self found

Sur to get

Ber for Enigma, but I found 2x Jahs on the way. Also managed to get perfect roll on Enigma which I sold for

Jah I found was like 2nd game after I had all the gear). And my second trade with price

Ist+ was selling almost perfect Spirit shield for

Vex.

Also during my playthrought, I managed to get really decent gear for my friend who plays javazon and he is able to easily clear p8 CS (yeah with java its not that hard to do) I think I spend like 5ists on him. My next goal is to get him Enigma until july ends.

I did found 3x 15all res GC and some sc 5all res. So my resists are maxed, with cta (only +3bo) I am at 3089life, luckily for me with arach I have enough +skills to get best IAS frames I need only 1point in BOS. My MF is at 143 which is lowest in my entire run (I can just use war travs and

Nagelring to get it above 200 I have only 1x MF sc and 8slots in inventory empty). FCR on off hand is at 85 (= 11frames) on main hand 55 (= 12frames)

Many people told me how lucky I was with rune drops. But keep in mind I did get to lvl 96 by playing p2 games only so thats a lot of monsters slain. With this Mosaic I really do understand when big D2r players like MrLlamaSC says that to get Enigma its 50hours of playing. If you grind fast enough those HR will just drops. Its not matter of luck, but pure number game. If you kill 1.000.000 enemies you will find many HR. And with characters like assassin which clears everything super fast its one week of evening gaming.

I have heard expression that Mosaic assa is same as US made AC-130 spectre gunship in medieval times which is pretty much accurate about how I basicly one shot everything even at p8.

How I play:
I did lower brightness to very low (I dont see much). Charges I do in TZ which I love and wanna clear fast:

Claws of Thunder - 3

Blades of Ice - 3

Phoenix Strike - 2

Tiger Strike - 3

Cobra Strike - 3

If TZ is short like

Tristram I am not wasting my time to get them and just go with

Claws of Thunder only.

Finisher move I use is

Dragon Claw as my main finisher. Before I get Infinity to kill light immunes

Dragon Tail (fire kick) was faster, but with Infinity.

Dragon Claw is one shots everything (

Mephisto p2 dies to 1,5x hit with

Dragon Claw). I do use

Dragon Talon vs diablo,

Baal and ubers, because kick speed is awesome (I used to have maxed

Dragon Talon so it was doing 6,58kicks per second) but now I just put there 3hard points to get 4kicks (Ubers I mentioned earlier in this post were done with single point in

Dragon Talon - 3kicks only).

My go to dmg is up to 32k. I am not using any skillers nor any sunders (there is no need for any of them).

There are two reasons why I use

Dragon Claw - its fast two hit attack and thats enough to kill everything (with

Dragon Talon you are basicly kicking into air because monster died to 1st kick which slows u down) and second and main reason is I do less attacks per seconds, so there isnt much lighting on my screen as if I was using

Dragon Talon.

Btw when I use

Dragon Tail finisher move, my character get stuck behind merc or urns or whatever for no reason and wont go to monster to attack even if its in open field and there is only mercenary between me and monster. Does anyone else having same issues?

Right now I have lowered my unspent skill points to 12 and I have several questions:

1)

Weapon Block - is it worthy? Wont animation block my attacks? with all +skills and cta its on lvl12 which is 52% chance to block
2) where to spend remaining 12points?

I dont see any reason to put it into any finisher move. Maybe to claw master to get better AR? Because getting charges vs high monsters is kinda annoying because my hit chance is pretty low.

Those are my skills Tip I have learn along the way was to use

Mind Blast on last enemies in CS before you pop seal, because diablo animation is longer that you keep your charges.

Mind Blast on enemies will cause they wont die and you attack them and you wont lose charges.

Yeah its great that they didnt go overboard with this build, phew, dodged a bullet there am I right?... right?...
The dmg numbers are crazy what ive seen people playing this. Doubt I could play the build as previously experienced crashing (engine comes to its limits with particles etc. so it shuts down without error or anything) when ever these are around.

There is no immunities standing in this builds way right? you dont really need any sunder charm or such?

nope when enemy is immune to all ur elements (my second account lvl88 enchantress with

Enchant lvl40 - i dont use

Enchant almost never) you just keep on kicking until they die
- the only issue I had against cow king, when I was just using lighting and physical dmg so friend could hork and cow king was physical and lighting immune. But still if I kept kicking for like 15-20sec he would die.

My physical dmg is almost 5000-7000, I do use lighting and cold dmg, and if I need fire I do that

Dragon Tail fire kick.

You can also play this Mosaic as physical kicksin, using lets say

Phoenix Strike - 3 with

Dragon Tail or

Dragon Talon. And you would be missing just aoe dmg, but you could clear everything including ubers and dclone. Or you can spec into that 1mil dps kicksin like posted earlier in this topic.

With Mosaic you dont need more dmg. Dmg is not an issue. If I drop my GC all res I could have go easily with 8skilers, but whats the point.

EDIT: now when I have Infinity on merc, cow king phys and light immue dies super quickly to just phys and light dmg. On

Mephisto I am no longer kicking because with

Dragon Claw he dies to first 3hits of 2x attacks. Without Infinity it was good to change finisher based on what enemy you were killing (if you dont 1-2-3 shot them, use different finisher), with Infinity it doesnt matter.
