Fixed "Spear" item doesn't have its own button in Runewords DB

Device: PC
Browser: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome
OS: Windows 11

Steps to reproduce: Navigate to "Runewords" page, click "Item Group" button. There's no button for "

Spear" item types, even though pikes, spears, tridents and others are their own class separate from Polearms. Clicking "Weapons" seems to reveal spears, but it's not clear if I'm seeing all the options for

Spear runewords.

Anything else to add: Sorry if this is a duplicate, I searched the Bug Reports forum, the Patch Notes and the Known issues sticky, but didn't find anything on this topic.
