It's also wild looking at 80k dps on the WW barb, when my Mosaic sin is like 700K dps or something bonkers, just absolutely nuts.
although i don't think this figures in any crushing blow or anything. I just REALLY love my barb and want to squeeze the most out of him, but man it would feel so cool to rock 2 big ethereal colossus swords lol.
It depends on what you have in mind. If you often play alone on P1, dual Grief is not really needed. I play my WW barb with botd and Death in Eth berserker axes for style points. On P1 it's more than enough. Yeah, dual Grief is a little faster on the runs but not like cutting the needed time in half.
That's because Phase Blade speed will allow you to reach a better breakpoint.
You can reach 4 frames (63 ias) with ebotd/Death zerker axes a bunch of different ways. My favorite way is a 2 socket Helm with a Cham and ias jewel, nosferatu coil, loh, and highlords

I just looked, and YEARS later maxroll still hasn't updated the ww attack speed calculations from patch 2.4, lol. My understanding is if you calculate by hand, the difference isn't so big. Their standard dual Grief build does 96K dps vs. a target dummy, or 4 frames at 4.5K damage per hit, plus deadly strike and crit strike. My ebotd/Death zerker Axe build also hits 4 frames and does about 3K per hit, plus more deadly strike and a lot more crushing blow (which I think neither are included in the per hit damage calc)
So it's less damage, but not so much less. And that crushing blow is pretty significant, at least on p1. If you are min/maxing at high player counts, you want dual Grief, but anything else can be a lot of fun with the ebotd/Death setup

If the calculator doesn't consider the deadly strike and crushing blow from Death, that's impossible to compare.

maxroll is bugged and always calculates with 6frame hitchecks for Berserker Axes, even if you hit 63ias on them. You can just multiple their DPS by 1,5 to get the real value.
