Does multiple sundered charms have x's that amount effect?
So i have 3 lightning sundered charms.
-80%,-75%,&-70%. I know it takes 225 from my light res.
Does it reduce the monsters light emunity by that much?
Or is monster sundered x 3
Or
No increased effect..
and i should just stick to just one of the sundered charms.

Can be used to make Runewords:
A sunder charm will break the monsters' immunity and drop it to 95%. Adding multiple of the same kind of sunder charms won't affect the monsters any further.

This is the perfect one. You won't get any lower.

As others mentioned, 70 is lowest for elemental resistance. This number is against the holder of the sunder GC.
Hence u want the lowest as possible (70). Highest i think is 90.
Ei:
U have 0 fire resistance. U equip -80 fire sunder, now ur resistance is -80.
