Is North America Server down?

I can play on Europe Server, but not in NA by any means.

Is anyone like me?

I've logged in, received a can't connect to server message, I exit and log back in only to get the message again. I sometimes have to exit and login two or three times or more before I can connect to a game.

I've noticed that since D4 launched there have been a lot more issues with the D2R servers. I don't know if they realocated servers for D4 from D2R or if there is just more traffic in general due to the new game.

Honestly I don't think it's necessarily correlated. They have had piss poor infrastructure (outside of WoW maybe) for many years.

Blizzard has had difficulties with their servers in the past, but never to this degree over an extended period. The increased rate of recent slowdowns and failed logins correlate directly to the release of D4. I suspect Blizzard has reduced the number of servers servicing D2 which during high traffic hours will create slowdowns and problems with connects.

Having issues to connect as of now on any region... Am I alone in that case ?

Nope, everyone has problems, across all regions.
