yeah, there is a post in Halls of Vaught page
it not "little bit", it is actually certain way so no 1/4 rolls like Arcane Sanctuary (which can be really annoying if you're looking only for The Summoner)

If you memorize the routes and eye patterns, you can get from the Halls of Pain waypoint to Nihlathak with Teleport in around 15-20 seconds. A lot of people will kill him during Baal runs before the runner has reached the throne room.
