Which is better - minus fire res or bonus fire damage?

I have two fire facets 4/5 and 5/4. Which one would give more fire damage? The one with -5% fire res or the one with +5% fire damage?

I am asking out of curiosity primarily. Pls don't tell me to get a 5/5 fire facet.

The -5% res is much more important.

Let say you have 1000 damage and the monster has 50% fire res.
Without facet : 1000*(100-50)/100 = 500.
With -5 : 1000*(100-50+5)/100 = 550
With +5 : 1000*105/100*(100-50)/100 = 525

Now the monster with 90%
Without facet : 1000*(100-90)/100 = 100
With -5 : 1000*(100-90+5)/100 = 150
With +5 : 1000*105/100*(100-90)/100 = 105
