Deadly Strike and

Critical Strike have identical effects and are calculated separately, but both effects can not occur simultaneously.

The Runeword Peace (body armor with 3 sockets) grants a lvl 2

Critical Strike Oskill.

The Runeword Insight (polearms and staves with 4 sockets) grants a lvl 1-6

Critical Strike Oskill.

Oskills can be used by any class, but the skill level bonus is limited to 3 levels for the native class. Oskill levels can be increased like native skill levels, including "+skill (native class only)" bonuses.
