For some reason I originally thought these had sockets. Without sockets this is Charsi for both L and NL.
Its also impossible to guess what the value of these would be if Mosaic became available NL (which I don't think it ever will be). But if I had to guess I'd say also Charsi because you, me, and literally every other NL player has saved some good Mosaic bases in the hopes that it'll be available NL.
