Mosaic is disabled currently, so no one is playing MA sins. Not the worst
Helm, but if you already run dual Mosaics, then perhaps you can afford something better already.

I usually ask for 3 Pgems (on Nightmare games) if I see one player leveling an MA Sin, and let it go for 1 of they haggle.
