Skiller rare circlets with teleport charges

Hi, I wonder how much rare circlets with +2 Skills and

Teleport charges worth for trade. Specifically I have these two
Missing pvp affixes means less worthy, right?

In HLD people use Enigma.
In LLD and MLD

Teleport charges are used. Most common is a offhand

Teleport staff. I don't know how common charges on circlets and amulets are.

But if they are used, the lvl requirement has to be low. Lvl 67+ uses Enigma.

Your circlets might be used by some people as a temp but the value of these are in the PGs. Not worth trading imo. (I sold some
