Is this one of those crazy sought after talons? I know it has the +2 to Assassin Skill Levels and +3 to Lightning Sentry but it lacks increased ias and sockets. Also, is it possible for the skills to be higher (for example, instead of +2 Assassins Skill Levels, maybe +3 Traps)?
What do you think the value (roughly) would be in runes?
