Hello. What is the price of a

Raven Frost with 250 AR but 17 Dexterity... I have doubts.

But I don't understand what the difference in value should be between full perfect (perfect AR + perfect Dex) and perfect AR with medium Dex.
For example, last year full perfect ones sold for 7–8
