IMHO no trade value. Cold res and lightning res are only mid rolls and it's missing two affixes. This is just a 3 point ring.

The perfect roll on mana gives a bit of value, but indeed rolls on res are not great. I still think you can reach

If we were to look at ring values on a linear scale, you could probably get a mid rune for this. But from my experience, rare and crafted ring values follow an exponential scale. Is this ring useful? yes. Does it have good affixes? Yes. Unfortunately they aren't high enough for people to waste their time trying buy and sell it.

Essentially, people who can easily afford to buy it, can afford to buy something better. People who can only barely afford to buy it, would rather spend their few runes on items that will give them more bang for their buck (
