Sooo, I came across this shield... At first I was unimpressed since a lot of pala shields seem to have high block chance an high res (I don't know much more about pala shields) but the combination of Faster Block Rate and Increased Chance of Blocking + the almost perfect All Resistance and the extra Cold Resistance made me wonder if this shield would be suitable for pvp.
Anyone with more expertise than me? Plz? - Thanks!
