Can be used to make Runewords:

I know of the bug but afaik it does not apply for jewels on weapons.
At lvl 9, it makes sens to put jewels in the weapon, so it's a usable jewel.
This source also points at those jewels being used for lld Tiger Strike assasins:

20 ed is max roll for lvl 9.
7 max d is a good roll ( max is 9) for lvl 8.
A magic rusty jewel of Wrath (lvl 9) with 20% ED and 8 max d was valued at Ber on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/D2R_Marketplac ... ax_damage/).
On the other hand, this post on this forum 2 years ago says "no value":

Which is correct?
The 9 pr on top are just a bonus.
So I'm guessing between Vex and Lo?

A rare jewel for lvl 9 can be a lot better (see picture for d2-planner example). I'm no pvp player so I might be wrong but I doubt it has much value with only 2 useful affixes.
I'm not playing D2 as much as before. I'm too lazy to edit all my trade prices. Offer me something reasonable and I'll probably accept.
