This is my first ever price check enquiry.
Found this amulet, it looks very useful for gold barbs to me, but I am no gold-barb-pro.
+2 barb-skills / +20% resist all / 73% extra gold / +4 replenish life / 7% damage taken goes to mana

My opinion for this one would be to follow Mockingbird's advice.
He is good, especially for high end stuff - would not have guessed myself so high.
If you end up selling it, try putting it here and on Traderie for bigger market range.

Am I missing something or this price is just because of the % gold?

Mainly the 2 all skills and high gold (which is only significant for goldfind barb but really BiS in that use) + perfect all res does not hurt neither

A rare amulet with +2 barb and 73 or more gf is already x29 times more rare than a 30mara.
