Is it worth something? max roll on IAS can be up to 40, max ED up to 300, max AR up to 300, max maxdmg up to 20

if upgraded dmg is 319-651 (average 485 which is higher than Grief, but lower than perf botd). Maybe it can be good for PvP? Its so rare to see dmg on weapons higher than Grief. So it might be worthy of something.

I thought that mostly Grief is not allowed but I've no idea about pvp rules. However even if all runewords are forbidden, you still have to be better than uniques like ethereal

Yeah it has some low stats, ED% is nice, dmg is really nice, but perfect rare sword has dmg to almost 500-1000. Wish items like this could be found at level50 when u have nothing...
