I've been checking out the prices of Eth 4os elite polearms and I'm left wondering why Giant Thresher and Great Poleaxe are priced around Ohm+ while Thresher is priced at Vex. Cryptic Axe for Mal+??? Giant Thresher and Thresher are virtually the same in terms of stats, aren't they?
Are there stats that I'm not taking into account that makes Giant Thresher and Great Poleaxe priced higher?

differences in range and attack speed.
is a difference of 3 range really that big a deal?
on a game based on min/max, definitely
GT and Thresh are because they are the preferred wep for Infinity and Insight due to their [-10] speed base. The way the calculation works that's like 2 free breakpoints over a Cryptic Axe and 1 free breakpoint over a Great Poleaxe.
So why are GTs and GPs priced around the same compared to Thresher? Just kinda weird to me since GT seems like the "best" one whereas GP seems inferior compared to Thresher besides the range? It's not like people are using an Eth 4os base for Infinity as a damage stick... right?Ofer wrote: 3 years ago GT and Thresh are because they are the preferred wep for Infinity and Insight due to their [-10] speed base. Are they actually selling at that price or just sitting there? I can't explain a Great Poleaxe for Ohm.
Great Poleaxe
1) is much rarer than Thresher and
2) has its own speed base.
IMO a great option if you have a GG jewel that doesn't have IAS
(for example high ED + max or min dmg + 30 fire resist)
In that example the Great Poleaxe is actually a very good option (ofc with a lower IAS breakpoint but much harder hits)
GP is the best base for non-ias jewel socketing in Andys
