Can be used to make Runewords:
Rainbow is perfect for that affix, but all resists can go to 30 on a magic amulet. The only drawback is the level req increase - it will not be used for LLD, but neither resists or mf are useful in LLD so does not matter.
So I see no scenario of usefulness for that.
Do also remember that for any blue item, you can use the price checker using the item name to get access to the price history. If you find nothing - possible here, means no value 99% of the times

I was hoping that 1% of the time left was for collecting purposes, to me the rolls seemed interesting on a blue amulet
