2/10 pala amulet with little else: not much, around Ist
Tiara:
28 str = 28 vita = 84 life (for pala)
compared to Shako, you loose ~ 80 life, ~150mana, 10% damage reduction, 50 mf; and gain 8 ll and 17 all res
pala does not need more res, ll can be acquired cheap from e.g. gloves and rings if needed.
=> less than Shako = nothing
