yes. would be dope if it had 2 to necro. but you have 27+ strength and all res 13+. Currently enigmas are expensive as high runes supply is short. thus have Teleport would be extra $. I would say around Ist+ would be fair.
Yeah the Teleport is GG, I would say a Vex or so. People would pay for it, depends on how bad they want the Teleport and to give up 1 skill, 2 all skill would be good.
