310ish EDs have repeatedly gone for 3 Ber Sur and around there so I'd be inclined to say that's way too low for a 325, even if it is only a Thresher.
Then again, there's been a 325 going for 3 Ber Lo apparently so the other side can always use that outlier to argue..
There was a 319 for 5 Ber as well but that was in a Giant Thresher so that's inherently better/more valuable and makes up for a bit less ED.
You are sadly missing out on the "perfect" pricing bonus, due to being 1 off on the -light res (yes, it doesn't really matter..but at that point it becomes largely a matter of Principle).

Personally, I would start the bidding at 4 Ber and see where it goes from there. Don't be in too much of a rush to sell it I would say.
There's certainly people better versed in the pricing of Infinities than me (I only sold a handful of them) but I'd expect it to go above 5 quite easily and realistically hit 6-7+ with a bit of patience. But that's just my semi-educated guess.

why is a Giant Thresher a better base than Thresher? I thought Thresher is the best elite polearm base

- More range
- More damage (albeit barely)

As for the roll, congratulations! Roughly 5-6 Ber in value just because of rarity and not to mention almost perfect -light res. Amazing roll.
295%+ get at least 3 Ber so you got yourself a few more.

Well, you do have the problem that everyone now knows Infinity will be possible in spears soon. So..that's even more alternatives that outperform a Thresher.
Plus you can't really expect an instant sale in that price range anyways. Especially with things having slowed down as much as they currently have.

Indeed, I know that spears are now available for Infinity but I still prefer ethereal Thresher And I am not in a hurry to sell, for now I enjoy my runs with that Beast!

Had a nice tradin yesterday, resulted in extra Jah + 2x Ber in my pocket. Bought Eth 4os gpa and rolled 312-51 
Not perfect, but about 3x Ber + Sur of weight minimum.
About this Thresher - you set a minimal bid of 4x Ber and keep enjoyin the weapon yourself until somebody gives you 5x or a bit more. You'll feel the right byer, trust me been there alot.
