Description

This is mostly an intellectual curiosity issue - knowing how to think of an item like this might help me grow as a player. :)

So I was bullying
The Countess
over and over for her lunch money and, one time, she dropped these booties. I checked them since they could have been 40/40/40 tri-res
Boots
from the empyrean heavens, but they turned out to be like this:
Loath Slippers
War Boots

Defense: 91
Durability: 16 of 24
Required Strength: 125
Required Level: 29
+30% Faster Run/walk
+70% Enhanced Defense
+25 Maximum Stamina
Poison Resist +18%
68% Extra
Gold
From Monsters
15% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items
So +30% FRW seems to fulfill a bare criterion at least. The lack of useful resists is disappointing, but then what caught my interest was 68% extra
Gold
find and 15% MF. The MF value is just one third of a War Traveller (to my off-the-top-of-my-head knowledge), but I don't know if there're any common
Boots
with
Gold
find. Which makes me wonder: could Loath Slippers have a value to a GF Barb or similar?

I mean, the value itself doesn't come off as amazing on its own, but what I'm wondering is if this would enhance its trade value for someone who wants to be completely draped in GF bonuses. I've never tried it before, so no intuition to work off.

Resurrected Necromancer Europe PC
If I remember well,
Gold
fnd, which is only really for barbs, can go up to 80 on
Boots
, and here apart from FRW and this GF, you only have low poison res and low MF (can be 25).

So no value.
