I managed to Teleport outside of the level in act 5 just now. I've never seen that particular glitch before. Didn't get trapped or anything. Can Teleport back just fine. Thought that was interesting. Also, just managed to complete Tal's set!
Edit: Ok after posting I noticed that this is apparently not so rare and has been posted before. It's new to me anyway.
