AFAIK these Claws have no value. Only trapsin wants magic Claws and there you need at least +5 to Lightning Sentry (+2-3 trap skills and +2-3 Lightning Sentry) to have value.
For other builds you either want white/grey Claws for Mosaic (with some good mods like Phoenix Strike) or ethereal rare ones for bladesin with fools, cruel, 2 sockets, ...
