Its worth 5-7 Jah to low level duelers for the right buyer and it will take a long time to sell.
I sold it for 3 Jah as a quick sale so it doesnt just sit in my stash for months.

Perfect max damage and max life make a huge difference. People want 3/20/20, not 2/20/19.
Also charm has less value on hardcore because it gone if you are Death.
