Even though it's only +2 to one tree, what makes me think it might be valuable is that the tree is favorable, 20% FCR on a Helm is great, high +life roll and almost perfect prismatic roll (highest affix for yellow circ if I'm not mistaken).

You also probably fell on the best skill tree right now. So 2 specific / 20 / almost perf res / good life / good leech / only EDef is bad.
