I could only find one reference and it was for Vex.
But my estimate would be between 5 and 15 Jah to be honest on SCNL, a bit less on ladder. It's a perfect roll for a BIS min-max build.
Note that the defense has some impact on the value, so with 57 def you might get half of what you'd get for a 60 def one.

for now have offer 20 Jah. But understand that could be more... I finished my barb in this season, so no need runes. Thinking about save it for non-ladder and recieve more.
