IMHO no value or only a few pgems because the rolls are too low. AR, Str and Life could all be higher (120, 25 and 60 with ar, str and life affixes and blood craft ring) and dr 1 adds no value.
You have to compare it to rare ring that can have up to 6 affixes.
With affixes alone, you can roll 20 str and 40 life on them. AR is only mediocre and damage reduction is wasted. 3 ll is max on blood property but low compared to 8 that can roll on a rare ring.
