Label it for druids as they are the most likely to need that much fhr.
Not sure you can reach Ber but Lo/ Sur/2Lo may be accessible. Try Ber and see.

For dueling you want higher life or high str or you will just use arach , the life rep is nice, but it needs more then just 1 good stat combined with 10/24 to replce arach, if someone offered Ber let it run for 2-3 more days.
