Is there a LLD bracket at lvl 15 or 20?
I could not find any reference for this so I assume I use it crafting but wanted to double check.

It's 9 (VLLD) or 30, I think, but perhaps also 18. With only two affixes though seems too low to me, but wait for a second advice
