Is it worth something?

If I remember correctly, assassins need 17FCR from the amulet to hit the 102FCR breakpoint. The previous breakpoint is 65%.

So, probably worth not so much, as the FCR can't be used to move form the 65 to 102 breakpoint. The 65 is usually hit with Griffon's (25%), Arachnid's (20%), and gloves (a few options with 20%).

You need to add 37 to that to hit 102. You get 10 from each ring, leaving 17 needed from the amulet. No other gear slots are open for the most common builds.

So, my guess is that unless you have a really niche build, Mara's will far outclass this with its +2 and all res. Moreover, Mara's +2 works with OSkills like those on Enigma and CTA, so its a better +2.

So, because the other affixes on the amulet aren't especially good, there is a very limited use case.
