Can be used to make Runewords:
Interesting stuff. Not sure anyone will take that over an Arreat's Face which can be found only for ~ Pul, but could be interesting. I let someone else price it, I don't play Barb.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
This probably has some value for a bo support barb. In theory you can get +6 bo from a Helm (+3 bo and +3 warcries) but even finding one with +5 is pretty uncommon. However I've no idea about the price.
