Helm but so I don't think so.
Arreat's Face is cheap and pretty good.

And 5bo are prebuff, 5bo 2os + life is used in BvB , fcr on
Circlet are always needed wich is important because you use tp staff on switch as barb vs any matchup that is not another barb
