I estimated level requirement of 43 because of ias. Even if wrong it should be more than 30 and therefore these are not usable for low level dueling. D2charsifood give them a high pvp value but I can't help with valuing that. For pvm they aren't very good because they miss an affix, enhanced defense adds no value and fire res is only an average roll. I would say maybe a
