It is 4 times as rare as an Stone of Jordan which goes for an Ohm. You're more likely to get 4 Stone of Jordan before this ring. (Huxzes 2020)

More rare does not mean more valuable. Tyrael's Might is super rare but not very valuable.

However yours is perfect 40% so should be worth significantly more than the others. Tag it perfect, put a reasonable start price ( Vex/ Ohm?) And be patient to sell.
