3OS Shield any good?

Nope. Only the pally shields that roll a decent all res (30-45%). And then they're looking for 4 sockets for Spirit, or late game Exile runeword.

Sacred Targe then it would have been worth something
usually they are called tesladins

Even if it was nice res, the fact that it's akaran (exceptional) would make it pretty low value. Exceptionals have low block%. There is some market for ed/ar on elites I think but it's super rare and they'd probably only want near perf rolls.
