5 to hammers is nice. but the rest of the stas arent useful for a hammerdin.
I really have no idea who would use this though, you lose so much by not using HOTO.

I find those items useful only if you find them along the way before you get Hoto.
+5 is really nice, but no FCR.
I have similar helmet, kinda very high all res, + a lot of strenght, +mana, 8mana and 8 life leech, but its missing +skills so I would get more if I use Shako and dual leech ring rather than this helmet + soj/BK ring
