What are they worth? Obviously nothing for pvp. What other adds are useful?

doesn't look like anything to me but I have no clue what people are doing with these...

MAEK jewels are for mana hungry builds who don't want to use Insight on merc or Phoenix on shield e.g. Javazon, hdin.
