Necrarch is right. You can buy these on NL for a
Lo with 3 sockets. And a socket quest is about 4
Ist or a
Lo. So these are self use. Or you roll the dice and hope for 3 sockets in the cube. Then you wait for season 9 to end and sell them on NL.
