Prices on Caster Amulets vary all over the place. From my very limited experience: +2Pcomb/8FCR/20Mana/13AllRes will go for 2 Ist Runes as a BIN cost, but could be sold as low as Mal + Pul Rune by some sellers; the +2PNB/14Str/29PsnRes/7%MF is really hard to tell. This feels like a Lum - Lem range to me. But I have very limited experience on Amulets. It could be lower since it doesn't have FCR on it, but it depends how valuable that 14 Str is to equip a SpiritMonarch.
