Yes. Not sure on the pricing right now, especially if ladder, but don't vendor them. The +dex increases the value as well.
Main problem is, bowa is a less popular class, so your buyer market is limited.

Looks like trades are in the range of what I was thinking but didn't suggest, which is around Ist:
