Can be used to make Runewords:
Needs 17+ fcr for dual Claws if u want 102 fcr for tp

Not much. 20 all res is always useful, but that does not save the low FCR.
Lem/ Pul/ Um range or some Perfect Gems. Even harder in current ladder as you'll have a hard time finding someone paying for this as of now.
